We are back for BRAIN FREEZE 2026!
This year we are supporting Serenity Renewal for Families to provide programs
for individuals and families affected directly or indirectly by addictions. Our fundraiser will support
Family Programs to cover substance abuse and
addictions in an age-appropriate manner.
WHY?
Addiction doesn’t just affect the individual – it creates a chain reaction impacting the entire family.
Serenity Renewal for Families provides programs to give families the skills to enhance communication and
improve their relationships with one another. They include children ages 5–17 and their caring adults to
provide skills needed to cope with difficult situations, peer pressure, anger, and expectations.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
Join us for a 5K walk/run or 10K run
Bring your friends!
Four-legged furry friends are also welcome
